My husband and I really enjoy this sauna. The manager is friendly, knowledgeable, and service oriented. I would make a suggestion that the TVs are on silent so the adjacent sauna can’t hear the TV.

My first time at the studio and it was amazing! I had called ahead of time and the staff member that answered was amazing! When I arrived, the staff was enthusiastically waiting. I received my tour. They answered any questions that I had. After I had finished, they were there to assist with any questions again. Was an extremely relaxing experience!

5 stars all around. Fabulous facility and staff. Becoming a member here was one of the best decisions I've made for myself. Selfcare; for me is a nice 158° 40 min sauna sesh with 3 degrees. Get in there and check it out!!!

3 degrees is such a calm, peaceful + perfect environment to re-center, de-stress and just enjoy solitude with the best benefits one could ask for from each and every sauna session. They spoil us with perks; the chilled eucalyptus towels. So relaxing and perfect. Not to mention - the team is ever so accommodating and sweet! I’ve reminded them that they are true life savers to a working, single mother like myself who doesn’t get much time to herself. Thank you 3 degrees for everything, always! You will never regret any money put into this; proud to be on board with an unlimited membership and it is worth every penny! ✨

Amazing place to rejuvenate your health. Great saunas and service! I felt a lot of healing in my body that I haven't had before. Would definitely come back to this place.

My wife and I got the week pass for $69 and it has been an amazing experience! The private saunas are the main reason why we chose to come, they have TV's with Netflix in each room, and have a nice peaceful environment!

Absolutely amazing! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I feel welcome every time I go. The saunas themselves are so nice and it's such a great place for me to relax and take care of myself. Highly recommend!

3 Degrees was clean and Sheila was so helpful and inviting! The sauna was nice and relaxing. Come ready to sweat. The cold towels after feel so good!

I enjoy going as a treat! It is relaxing to have a sauna suite and can watch tv or relax in the suite. Staff are friendly and professional!

I had never done anything like this before and I enjoyed it. I can’t wait to go back. The room is comfortable and you are able to adjust the temp as you see fit. Highly recommend.

One of the best decisions I made for my health! I have been dealing with inflammatory arthritis, and decided to try this out for pain. It has been incredible for both pain management and my mental health. It has the same affect as an hour-long work out as far as endorphins for mental health, but I also leave relaxed and feeling so much better. HIGHLY recommend!

I have completed a couple Infrared Heat, Chromotherapy, and Hypervibe sessions at 3 Degrees and will go back for more. I can already tell after my Infrared Heat sessions that i sleep more soundly. The Hypervibe is low impact which is great for someone like me who has knee pain. I love how i can change the Chromotherapy colors during my Infrared Heat sessions to focus on whatever benefit I want during that time. If you are in need of a relaxing hour, highly recommend 3 Degrees.

I love 3 Degrees Sauna! The staff is always so kind and professional! I love that they have so many available appointment times that work with my schedule and I always get in a great sweat. This was my first time visiting 3Degrees and the lady at the front Desk was awesome! She explained everything and asked if I had any questions. I was a bit nervous when I went in but came out feeling great.

Great people! My only complaint was I thought the 20 dollars gave you the whole week not just one session and they told me there was no time for the workout machine the first time I went. Other than that amazing experience I got the week pass I especially loved Sheila!!! She went over and above to make me fee welcome and answer my questions! But staff great! Especially

Love this place! The heat is gentle allowing you to relax and effortlessly reap numerous health benefits. I personally love to turn on Headspace on Netflix to get a mindfulness practice in too. I feel so grounded when I leave. Oh and they have these cool eucalyptus towels you can use to cool down after. 🙌🏻 I look forward to this every week!

Saw an ad on Facebook for 3 Degrees and decided to try it. Glad I did! My first session was very relaxing and the staff were organized and knowledgeable. I look forward to going back more to start reaping some of the longer term benefits of infrared sauna! Encourage others who are curious to check it out.
