What To Expect

Sauna Etiquette

  • Please close the sauna glass door gently and remember to tightly close the door after your session is over so the heat is contained in the sauna for the next client.
  • Please refrain from wearing perfume, lotions, spray tans, or makeup as this can inhibit your skin’s ability to release toxins through sweat.
  • Please drink plenty of water before, during and after your session. You are welcome to bring water nto the sauna in a closed container, but please do not get water near any of the sauna’s heaters.
  • Just a gentle reminder that we require 2 hours cancellations notice or you could be charged a session if you are a no show or do not call. If you are going to be late for your appointment, it may cut into your sauna time if we have someone booked immediately after you.
  • If you need extra towels beside what we provide, you are welcome to bring your own from home, and any other items you may need.
  • If you’re wearing makeup please remove it. We have remover for sale for 50 cents.
  • Please refrain from talking on your cell phone, as it is disruptive to the spa environment.
  • Please turn your cell phone to silent during your sweat session.
  • If you ever got too hot in your sauna please open the door to cool off or get out of the sauna.
  • Please be aware of the volume of your television, as they can be loud to others around you who are here to meditate while in their sauna.
  • If you choose to listen to the radio just pull down the radio from the right side of the ceilng. We ask that you watch the volume so that it doesn’t disrupt others.
  • Please be courteous to other customers and after your session try to be prompt in getting out of your suite. 

Cancellation/Late Policy

  • New clients please arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment.
  • We require a 2 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival, otherwise you will be charged for your session.
  • All sales are final, product is transferable.

Safety

  • When in doubt please consult your Physician prior to use. Do not use if pregnant, have serious inflammation, a fever, a communicable disease, acute bleeding, or are intoxicated or dehydrated.
  • No children under the age of 16 permitted in the studio.

Infrared light is the invisible part of natural sunlight. Although it is actually light, it is experienced as soothing, warm radiant heat (and sometimes referred to as infrared heat).
