Are all of your suites private?

Yes. You will always be booked in your own personal suite unless otherwise specified. Feel free to bring your friend or significant other and relax together. DirecTV is provided in all suites.

Can more than 1 person go in the suite at a time?

Yes, we have suites for up to 5 people but most are standard 3 person suites. When you book your appointment please be sure to notify us if others are joining you. Please keep in mind our suites are completely private and are NOT community suites – you will only be booked with others if you request it and know them.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable and loose fitting such as a bathing suit or workout apparel. We will provide a towel and wrap if needed.

Is it true I am still burning calories up to an hour after my session?

Yes. By increasing your heart rate and core body temperature by 3 degrees in your session, it could take up to an hour to return to normal. We encourage you to stay active after your session if you want to maximize the calorie burn. A nice walk afterwards is very relaxing.

Do you provide showers?

No, we do not. Actually, we recommend not showering immediately after your session as you continue to sweat out toxins. Proper cool down could take up to an hour.

What if I don’t usually sweat a lot?

Everyone sweats at all different levels. In fact, it could take you up to 30 minutes to begin sweating your very first time. For most, it takes a couple of sessions to acclimate to the Infrared light and open your pores and to begin the detoxifying process. We recommend coming several times within a week for fully experience the benefits. Also, the more water your drink before and after your session (more hydrated) the more you will sweat.

How often should I come in?

The more the better! Based on your individual health and wellness goals, we recommend at least 3 times a week. For more aggressive results, 4-5 times a week is recommended. We suggest you try to use infrared light therapy immediately following your workout/fitness program to see the best weight loss results.

Will I be losing water weight?

Yes, which will be regained upon rehydration. But the calories burned are real. As you relax in the gentle heat of our suites, your body is actually hard at work pumping blood (increased heart rate), increasing circulation and producing sweat to cool you down – hence the calorie burn!

Should I eat or drink before I arrive?

We recommend not eating at least ONE HOUR before your session starts and would encourage you to rehydrate both before, during and after your session. You will be more dehydrated than you think (or feel) after your session.

How long will it take for my core body temperature to cool down?

It could take as long as 1 hour. This is a normal part of your body returning to your regular body temperature.

Is it sanitary in the suites?

Yes, we provide clean towels and sanitize after every clients/use. Also, infrared light kills all bacteria and any airborne germs or fungus. Many medical devices are sterilized using Infrared light. A clean and relaxing environment is guaranteed with each session.

I have breast implants, does this affect them?

Not at all. Infrared light is refracted by implants, but we always recommend you consult your physician.
